CDL – Feed Haul Driver Bruceville, IN
JFS Milling Inc, located just west of Bruceville, IN on Highway 67 is an affiliate of Farbest Foods/Farbest Farms. When at capacity, this state-of-the art computerized facility will be responsible for the manufacture and delivery in excess of 8,500 tons per week of complete feed for turkeys in Southern Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky.
JFS Milling is currently seeking applications from qualified individuals interested in operating modern tractor/trailers delivering feed to contract growers. Openings for both day and night shift. Feed haul drivers will be based out of Bruceville, IN, but initially will be hauling feed from our mill located North of Dubois Indiana until the mill in Bruceville is operational.
Successful applicants will possess a Class “A” CDL, experience preferred, with an impeccable driving record.

WASTE WATER OPERATORS – Vincennes, IN
Operate and maintain waste water pretreatment equipment including basic pms of equipment, cleaning of equipment/workspace, and lab testing necessary to maintain water treatment parameters.
Job Requirements include capable of following both written and verbal instructions, able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals and previous waste water treatment experience preferred.
Physical Job Requirements include ability to work in a fast paced environment, able to pass all medical exams, drug and background checks (including criminal), standing, walking, kneeling and bending is required for virtually the entire shift, must be capable of working from a ladder or other type of elevated working surface, occasionally required to climb or balance. Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds, and must be able to work in a cold, wet environment with moderate noise.
Additional Requirements include ability to work required hours and shifts, including working weekends, overtime and on holidays, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
INDUSTRIAL NURSE - Vincennes, IN
Provide basic first aid for non-life threatening injuries. Observation and assessment of both the worker and the work environment. Interpretation and evaluation of the worker’s medical and occupational history, subjective complaints, and physical examination, along with any laboratory values or other diagnostic screening tests, industrial hygiene and personal exposure monitoring values. Interpretation of medical diagnosis to workers and their employers. Identification of abnormalities. Description of the worker’s response to the exposures. Management of occupational and non-occupational illness and injury files.Documentation of the injury or illness . Adheres to all policies for compliance with ISDH, OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA, HFAP and any other appropriate regulatory agencies.Utilizes universal precautions in handling infectious/hazardous waste material.Maintains current knowledge base and stays current with healthcare trends by reading professional journals/literature, attending CME’s, completing all required seminar/conference attendance as approved by the Manager. Reads and replies to educational/informational e-mails in a timely manner.Conducts company health training programs as needed. Complies with Standards of Employee Conduct.Independent decision-making is required for routine incidents and basic information exchanges with associates. Individual must be able to work with minimal supervision. Complies with all the directives, processes and procedures as set forth by the safety department. It is expected that the Nurse hold an active registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) license for the state of Indiana. Experience preferred but not required. CPR provider certification required.
Human Resources Clerk-Huntingburg
Responsibilities include performing a wide of variety of HR functions, including generating reports, contacting applicants, filing paperwork and assisting employees. This position will also perform work in the guardhouse.
The qualified candidates will have strong computer skills, good organizational skills and attention to detail , previous office experience required, in Human resources environment preferred.
This is a second shift position.

REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC 2nd shift -Vincennes, IN
Operate and perform preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of plant ammonia refrigeration and utility systems. System responsibilities include, ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, steam, water, gas, facility and grounds, and compressed air systems. Have knowledge of normal operating parameters and procedures for an ammonia based refrigeration system. Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment. Have a strong understanding of electrical circuits. Including control voltages and single phase and three phase power up to 4160 V. IIAR and/or RETA certifications or Level I/II Operator Training from Lanier Tech, Garden City or equivalent school in ammonia refrigeration systems is desired. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate computer skills required to operate equipment monitoring systems. Ability to work required hours and shifts, including working weekends, overtime and on holidays.
